Chinese milk tea brands win over young consumers around the world_我的网站

一 | (ECNS) -- Chinese modern tea brands such as Mixue Ice Cream & Tea and CHAGEE are rapidly expanding overseas and gaining popularity among young consumers around the world. From Southeast and Central Asia to the Americas, long queues outside Chinese tea shops are becoming an increasingly common sight. Mixue Ice Cream & Tea now operates more than 4,500 stores across 16 countries. The brand recently opened its first store in São Paulo, Brazil, after entering the U.S. and Mexican markets. In Kyrgyzstan, its affordable ice cream and fresh lemonade have proved particularly popular, with local customers accounting for 95% of sales. Localization has been key to Mixue’s overseas growth. In Cambodia, for example, the company uses locally sourced dragon fruit and passion fruit to cater to local tastes while developing regional supply chains. Meanwhile, CHAGEE has opened more than 370 stores overseas, including over 220 in Malaysia. The brand incorporates elements of traditional Chinese culture into its modern packaging and store designs, drawing inspiration from traditional embroidery and Chinese opera. Combined with prominent locations in major shopping malls, this distinctive cultural identity has helped Chinese milk tea become an increasingly fashionable choice among young consumers overseas. Dangerous precedent
At a time when AI-generated images and deepfake narratives targeting female actors are hurting the entertainment industry, Rashmika Mandanna has stepped up, again. The recent spate of photos of actresses being objectified sparked widespread condemnation and initiated debate about AI-powered image abuse. While the disturbing example of how deepfake technology can be weaponized has already initiated discussions, Rashmika says, “When truth can be manufactured, discernment becomes our greatest defence.” While calling AI a ‘force for progress,’ she says that the Internet is a canvas where anything can be fabricated. The actress further urges everyone to rise above misuse and use AI to build a more dignified and progressive society. She appeals to everyone to ‘choose responsibility over recklessness.’ Tagging Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre, Rashmika concluded stating that if people cannot act like humans, then strict & unforgiving punishment must be served to them. Rashmika’s ‘sense of urgency’ is evident when she had tagged the cybercrime officials for AI regulations and safeguards.
It hurts me and my family: Keerthy Suresh
Recently, Keerthy Suresh shared concerns about the depressing trend, misuse of artificial intelligence. She has voiced serious concerns over AI misuse after discovering disturbingly realistic morphed images of herself circulating online. Stating where we are heading as a society, the actress wondered what people gain by creating such edits. “It definitely hurts me and my family to see AI-edited photos.” Marathi and Bollywood actress Girija Oak too was a victim of AI-generated photos.
